Roof Top Tents:
Q. Can I leave my bedding inside?
A. Yes, the tent can still shut and seal correctly with a blanket and 2 pillow left inside.
Q. How do I power the 12v setup?
A. There is an Anderson Plug underneath the tent to connect to your power source.
Q. How do I stop condensation?
A. Our tents are all come with ventilation windows and a condensation mat to help prevent condensation when using the tent.
Q. What should I do when I’m not using the tent for a period of time?
A. We recommend removing all bedding and mattress and placing some moisture-absorbing packs in the tent.
Q. Can I get in the tent from the sides?
A. Yes, both sides and the rear are all easy access points to climb into the tent.
Q. Do the tents come with roof racks?
A. Yes, all our tents come standard with roof racks.
Q. How much weight can be put on top of the tent?
A. 60kg is the maximum weight that should be placed on the tent.
Awnings:
Q. Are poles required?
A. No, poles are not required; all our awnings are completely freestanding. However, in high winds and rain, we recommend using the poles and tie-down points provided to secure the awning.
Q. Do all our awnings come with LED strips?
A. Yes, all awnings come with built-in LED strips that are powered by a USB point.
Q. What brackets come with the awning as standard?
A. All our awnings come with strong flat "L" brackets that fit between the tent and your roof racks. This is the recommended way to mount the awning.
