Shipping Policy

​Delivery will take place as soon as reasonably possible. Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. Please note that delivery times do not include weekends and public holidays.

You will be required to pay delivery charges in addition to the price for the goods you purchase.

You are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient. We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information. 

Please note:  We have a handling time in addition to the following estimated delivery times.​

Handling time refers to the duration it takes for our warehouse team to process and prepare your order for shipment. It's the time between when you complete your order, to when your order is on its way to you.

Currently the expected handling time is 1-5 business days. The handling time for your order may vary depending on the items

Oversize items are those characterised by either high weight or large cubic volume.  They a big and/or bulky products which determine the shipping options we have with couriers. If your cart contains standard items and oversize items your cart will be calculated accordingly, and your order may arrive separately.

Delivering our oversize/bulky items may incur additional handling and vehicle requirements.  Each oversize/bulky item delivery is meticulously organised on an individual basis to guarantee a secure and smooth journey from us to you.  

Estimated delivery times for oversize/bulky freight are from when you receive your tracking email, not when from when you place your order.
