Refunds and Exchange Policy

Return of Goods
At Auswide 4x4 Adventures, we strive to provide our customers with the highest level of satisfaction. If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

 

We do not accept returns for change of mind. All return requests will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis. If your return is accepted by the Auswide 4x4 Team, a store credit will be issued

Incorrect, Damaged or Faulty Items
We apologise for any inconvenience caused by receiving an incorrect, damaged, or faulty item. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Missing
If you are missing an item from your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.​

 

Exchange
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if you need to exchange an item. E.g. you have purchased the incorrect item or size.


Return the item to us in NEW condition (this means in the original packaging - undamaged. Clothing must be unworn nor washed, and tags must be attached).

  • To initiate an exchange, please email us at Info@auswide4x4adventures.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • In your email, please include your order number and a brief description of the issue.

  • Please pack the item securely and attach the return shipping label. 

  • The item must be returned to us within 14 days of receiving the return shipping label.

  • If the item has been freighted to you, the freight company will pick up the damaged item up from you. 

 

*Please note that our exchange policy does not include return postage. If you require postage, please include your own satchel at the time of returning your item.


If we are out of stock of the size/style requested for your exchange, once the item has been returned, a store credit for the purchase price will be issued via email.  This can be used through the Auswide 4x4 Adventures online store and will not expire.
